We’re a finalist for the National Medal for Museum & Library Services!

We are excited to announce that LA County Library is one of 15 libraries and one of 30 organizations honored as a finalist for the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) National Medal for Museum and Library Services.

The National Medal is the nation’s highest honor given to museums and libraries for service to their communities.

IMLS is celebrating the excellent work of all finalists through its Share Your Story social media campaign and we are being featured on Friday, March 15.
