Children from Kindergarten through the 12th Grade are invited to celebrate books, reading, and art by participating in our annual Bookmark Contest! Participants will compete in the following categories for a chance to see their bookmark designs featured at their local library and across LA County:

• Kindergarten – Grade 2
• Grades 3 – 5
• Grades 6 – 8
• Grades 9 – 12

Be creative and have fun! Please use your original creations (no cartoon characters).

Contact your nearest LA County Library Sidewalk Service location to drop off your entry, place your entry in a library book drop, submit a digital copy of your entry form online, or mail your entry to:

The deadline for submissions is November 15, 2020. One entry per person. Artists must reside in Los Angeles County to compete.
