LA County LA County Library is committed to the well-being of teens and young adults. Access free, confidential mental health support and 1:1 coaching with the Soluna app. Available to California residents ages 13–25.
What is Soluna?
Funded by the California Department of Health Care Services, Soluna provides professional resources that fit the flow of daily life — with no cost, no waitlist, no insurance, and no checks on immigration status required. This safe, digital space offers young people the resources to find support on their terms, navigate challenges, and build better days.
With Soluna You Can Access
- 1:1 Coaching: Private sessions with mental health practitioners via text, phone, or video; phone-based coaching is offered in all Medi-Cal threshold languages.
- Self-Guided Support: A curated library of tools, activities, and content to help manage stress and build resilience.
- Care Coordination: Assistance connecting to essential resources, including housing support, food access, and financial services.
- Moderated Community: Peer-supported spaces that foster connection, shared understanding, and community.
