Have you ever wanted to try the latest fitness trend called Zumba? Here’s your chance to enjoy a fun workout in a social and inclusive environment during our 5-week series. All experience levels and physical ability levels are welcome! Zumba combines dance and fitness with core movements focusing on heart rate performed to energetic music with choreography that includes the Latin rhythms of merengue, salsa, cumbia and other international rhythms. Come enjoy yourself while you dance your way into health and wellness!
