Join us for a healthy Vietnamese home cooking demonstration! Chef Vivien Phung will discuss Vietnamese cuisine and will show how to cook a few dishes, including shrimp pops on sugarcane, lettuce wrap with fresh rice noodles, turmeric tofu, Asian herbs and salted peanuts, and Vietnamese sweet and sour dipping sauce.
