Event Details

As a business and real estate investor who observed trends for years and noticed major disruptions such as Gentrification, Opportunity Zones and Airbnb, Thomas “TJ” Loftin wrote the book, “Monetizing Gentrification”, because he realized that in less than a decade, most people would not be able to afford real estate ownership or be able to rent a building to start a business. Hear him share 30 years of business and real estate strategies and solutions. His book will be available for purchase.

This event will also highlight the Undesign The Redline Interactive Exhibit currently on display at the library.
