In this workshop series, you’ll learn how to take control of your anxiety and build stress resilience by learning safe and natural methods that you can easily incorporate into your daily life.
In this second workshop, learn about the gut-brain connection and how it impacts your mood and mental well-being. You will learn all about the vagus nerve and techniques to tone this nerve, which can help lower inflammation and regulate your breathing and heart rate.
