StoryWalk® is an innovative and delightful way for children – and adults! – to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. Pages from the picture book The Great Kapok Tree by Lynn Cherry are posted in the windows of neighboring merchants within the vicinity of the Valencia Marketplace (see below for a list of merchants).  Visit them to read the story, then stop by the library table at the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony from 5 – 8 pm and tell us about your reading adventure! Each participant will receive a FREE children’s book.
