Social entrepreneurship is used by start-up companies and entrepreneurs to develop, fund, and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues. Ray Cheung, Executive Director of SmartAirLA, has used social entrepreneurship to improve community health by empowering children with asthma and their communities to take control of asthma in LA County. In this workshop, Ray Cheung will teach you how to develop a business strategy by using practical tools to create opportunities.
