Social entrepreneurship is used by start-up companies and entrepreneurs to develop, fund, and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues. Ray Cheung, Executive Director of SmartAirLA, has used Social entrepreneurship to improve community health by empowering asthmatic children and their communities to take control of asthma in Los Angeles County using technology and data. Ray Cheung will teach you in this workshop, how to develop a business strategy by using practical tools to create opportunities.
