Come meet one of the most important Latino political leaders of our time.  Former California Assemblyman and LA City Council Member Richard Alatorre will discuss his memoir, Change from the Inside: My Life, the Chicano Movement, and the Story of an Era, which chronicles his extraordinary role as a pioneering activist and political figure in the momentous events that advanced Latino empowerment from the 1960s through the 1990s.
