Event Details

Join us for our annual Pre-Kwanzaa Workshop and Celebration. Enjoy interactive presentations, art and music activities, while learning all about Kwanzaa from the teachers of the Limbiko Tembo School of African American Culture (Us). Kwanzaa is a Pan-African cultural holiday created by Dr. Maulana Karenga in 1966. The holiday is observed from December 26th to January 1st and is a celebration of family, community and culture.
