Join us for a FREE parent-child yoga class to relax your mind and improve your health and wellness with instructor Chelsea Jardin. Children of all ages and levels of ability are welcome with their caregivers. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. A limited number of yoga mats will be available. Sign-ups are encouraged as space may be limited.
For all ages but most appropriate for children ages 5 – 12 and their parents.
