October’s topic will be Mental Health & Stigma

These free, educational workshops are for individuals and families seeking resources on prevention and early intervention of mental health conditions. The workshops will be presented by The Promoters, independent contractors who are trained by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. The Promoters are not therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists and for this reason cannot state their opinion on mental health treatment or medications. The presentation will be in English and Spanish.
