Event Details

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month at the library by creating your own dreamcatcher with yarn, feathers, and beads! According to the Ojibwe story, a mystical and maternal Spider Woman served as the spiritual protector for the tribe, and designed dreamcatchers to help protect sleeping children at night. Dreamcatchers were crafted to catch bad dreams, while allowing good dreams through the web. Join us and make your own unique design to take home!

For ages 5 – 12 with an adult caregiver.
