Event Details

Come to the library to celebrate and learn about the Lunar New Year with stories, arts and crafts, and refreshments. Parents: Please be aware that refreshments will be served at the program. A list of ingredients will be available. Co-sponsored by the Friends of West Covina Library on behalf of Charter Oak Library.
