Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by creating your own Yarn Painting (Nierikas) inspired by the art of the Huichol, who are descendants of the Aztec, and lived mainly in the sierra of Jalisco and Nayarit, Mexico. Traditionally made from tree resin and beeswax, you’ll make your own from colorful cotton yarn and glue. For adults, ages 18 .

Celebre el Mes de la Herencia Hispana creando su propia pintura de hilo (Nierikas) inspirada en el arte de los huicholes, que son descendientes de los aztecas, y que vivieron principalmente en la sierra de Jalisco y Nayarit, México. Tradicionalmente hecha de resina de árbol y cera de abejas, harás la tuya con coloridos hilos de algodón y pegamento. Para adultos, mayores de 18 años.
