Learn and sample authentic Mexican recipes from Chef Marco Zapien of Zapiens Salsa Grill. Fresh food and ingredients will be prepared on site. Chef Marco Zapien has served as head chef at Angel Stadium, Dodger Stadium, and the Staples Center. Since 2003, he has focused his energy on the Salsa Grill in his hometown of Pico Rivera.
