Make a vision board for yourself! As a collage of images and words, a vision board can illustrate wishes, goals, or gratitude and serve as a tool for inspiration, motivation, and appreciation. For instance, an actor may create a board for an upcoming character portrayal; a traveler may create a board of desirable destinations; the possibilities are limitless. This workshop will be led by Rosemarie Zaffina, MFT.

Supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring any additional pictures you may wish to use. The boards will be yours to keep.
