For November, the Classic Book Club will read Anne of Green Gables, by L. M. Montgomery.

Anne, an orphan, is sent to live with a lonely, middle-aged brother and sister on a farm in the fictional town of Avonlea on Prince Edward Island and proceeds to make an indelible impression on everyone around her. More than 50 million copies of the book have been sold since it was published in 1908.

New members are always welcomed. Refreshments will be served.  Copies of the book will be available at Alondra Library.
