Event Details

Please join us for Claremont’s first Indigenous Day celebration event.  Panelists Georgiana Sanchez (Chumash), Julia Bogany (Tongva), and Deacon Andrew Orosco (Kumeyaay) will discuss perspectives on California’s mission history as seen through native lenses.  Refreshments will be served and curiosity is welcomed!

For adults and teens ages 12 and up.

This event is co-sponsored by Claremont Heritage, the Arbol Verde Preservation Association, and Pomona College.
